The East Berlin Area Community Center (EBACC) is partnering up with AARP for a driver safety course geared towards adults aged 55 and over. The classroom program includes tips for dealing with many aging issues including how to improve a persons’ ability to cope with driving on highways and will be presented by an AARP Instructor that specializes in drivers age 55 and up.
Pennsylvania residents with a clean driving record will be eligible for a five percent discount on their auto insurance for 3 years. (Courses run pending sufficient enrollment.)
Dates and Times:
4 Hour Refresher Courses for repeat students
offered on March 8 and April 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Two-day courses for new students
March 9 & 10 • 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. OR April 13 & 14 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The courses are located at EBACC Room 1A, East Berlin Area Community Center, 405 North Avenue, East Berlin, Pa., the cost is $20 or $15 for AARP members payable to AARP INSTRUCTOR: Al Crosby
