Join CCRF for the 2nd annual Ladies’ Day DIY retreat- “Laundry Room Essentials” on Saturday, March 23rd at 9am. Upon arrival, guests will be invited a cup of coffee with our homemade flavored creamer! Followed by the following schedule of events:
• Beginning at 9am, the DIY will kick off with designing a Rope Basket, where you will be creating your own decorative way to collect your miscellaneous socks or other items in your laundry room (or use it to collect throws- the possibilities are endless).
• Following the basket, guests will be making Reusable Cleaning Wipes where you will scent your own cleaning wipes from our variety of essential oils for a chemical-free method to cleaning. Go green by washing, and reusing these wipes by making your own at home. Kit includes 20 wipes and the recipe.
• Laundry Soap is next in line! Guests will learn how easy it is to make your own laundry soap and remove the extra toxins from your clothes. You will make and take one gallon of laundry soap, and receive the recipe.
The class will be followed by a Mexican themed lunch, for an additional donation (as outlined below). Kate Menges, Pampered Chef consultant, will lead the preparation of chicken fajitas allowing guest interaction enabling them to see how easy the meal is to prepare at home.
A DIY margarita bar will be provided by Emma Kate Diehl, doTERRA Wellness Advocate, allowing guests to enjoy a traditional margarita or learn how to use essential oils in place of a mixer.
