Friday–Sunday, June 17–18
Codorus State Park will be aflutter with activity the weekend of June 17-19. The first “Blast”, organized by the park staff, was an Earth Day celebration. The goal was to showcase all the park has to offer and to show people a good time in a state park setting. Over the years, the event became too commercial so this year event organizers say they are planning to bring the “Blast” back to its mission of promoting recreational and educational activities at Codorus State Park. The event will return to its roots, so to speak, and promises a wonderful time at a state park. The event features the Keystone Dock Dog competition. 1066 Blooming Grove Rd, Hanover, PA 17331; Visit www.codorusblast.org
